The starting point does not matter, our personalized services promise to meet our clients wherever they are today. Sands works with a wide range of clients from young to old, novice to professional and offers a training environment designed to meet individual needs. Services
Personal Training
Personal training is training designed just for you. The exercises are chosen with consideration for your specific strengths and weaknesses. If you do well with the individualized attention that a personal training session can offer, Sands is ready to design and implement a program that will exceed your expectations.
Group Training
Group training can be a fun and more affordable way to train. Done in a small group setting (2-3 people), group workouts can create higher levels of energy and help challenge you to work harder encouraged by the group “push”.
Rehabilitation Services (Combining Massage & Personal Training)
As we age, the body experiences different challenges that can be both limiting and frustrating. Sands Rehabilitation Services combine Massage and Personal Training to help our clients restore lost function and to recover from various setbacks. Sands works with many aging adults and tailors each program to meet the specific situation each client is facing. Whether you struggle with neurological issues such as Parkinson’s disease or have limited function due to a past or current health issue, Sands is committed to helping our clients find their potential again.
